Women’s Ministry
The purpose of Women’s Ministries at ABEFC is to meet the spiritual needs of the women of our church through Bible studies, counseling, discipleship, prayer support, special events, and other on-going opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. It is our desire to see all of the women of ABEFC grow to spiritual maturity through sound biblical instruction; to provide them with opportunities to exercise their spiritual gifts and talents; to promote lasting friendships between women; and to develop leadership skills in our women so that we may “pass the baton” to the next generation.
We hope that you will enthusiastically join us as we strive together to “walk worthy of our calling.”

Bible Studies
Women’s Bible Studies
Our Weekly Women’s Bible Studies provide great opportunities to dig deep into God’s Word, share in Biblical fellowship, and apply God’s Word to our lives. Childcare is provided for some, but not all, of our Bible studies. Please feel free to contact the class leader for more information:

How well do you know the Son of God? Are you convinced that what He said about Himself is true? From beginning to end, John reveals Jesus as the Son of God. Learn to walk in Jesus as the Light of the World, and your relationship with Him will become more intimate.

Childcare Available for Tuesday Morning Class
One day Jesus will return as King of Kings, yet the first time He came, He came to serve and not to be served. If you want to learn to be a servant; join us and learn from Christ’s example. Once a month the group spends extended time in prayer.
Pick up materials and homework by Aug. 30.
- Moms “Homeschooling Moms Bible Study”
Join us for a study of Seasons of a Mother’s Heart by Sally Clarkson. We will be meeting twice a month, altering Tuesday mornings (with childcare provided) and Thursday evenings (no childcare). Our first meeting will be Thursday, April 26, from 7 to 9 pm, at Barbara Wright’s home. Field trips and prayer meetings are also being planned, so if you’re interested, contact Barbara Wright to order a book and get specific meeting dates.

The Women’s Ministry is continually looking for ways to get women together for fellowship. In the past, this has included the “Dishin’ It Up” Cooking Club, “Pass It On” events to live out Titus 2, usually meets first Saturday of the month,but check the bulletin, and the WOW Ladies (Women of the Word).
