Ministry Summary

Before Payton and Grace met, the Lord began to place a burden on their hearts and minds for missions. As they began to look more closely at what Scripture had to say, both of were challenged to pursue missions. As conversations happened and God placed people in their lives at the right time, they were spurred on even further. Their church family and the leaders at ABEFC got behind them and confirmed what they had been praying about.

Payton and Grace decided to spend their first year of marriage in Colorado getting to know the church better and getting to know each other better as well. They chose New Tribes Missions for their training program, which included Bible Training, Specialized Missions Training, a Linguistics Program, and, most importantly, a focus on the local church’s involvement.

Payton and Grace left Colorado in early August of 2010 to start their first phase at New Tribes Bible Institute in Jackson, Michigan. Their desire is to help plant an empowered, reproducing church among an unreached people group.
