ABEFC’s Children’s Ministry seeks to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment in which Bible-based teaching and Biblical example allow children the opportunity to come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ and to grow spiritually in the Lord.
Volunteers at the Welcome Center on Sunday morning are happy to direct you to the age-appropriate classrooms. You can also contact the church office during the week if you have any questions.
The Facilities ministries exist to assist the mission of the church in an indirect way. We provide practical, tangible needs to ensure that the other ministries have everything they need. From everything like office clerical work to mowing the lawn, we are a group of people who enjoy serving behind the scenes.
LifeGroups are small, sermon-based, group studies. Each LifeGroup meets at a home during the week to discuss the previous Sunday's message, and enjoy fellowship and prayer with one another. Here you'll find more detailed information about LifeGroups included dates of when they meet and a link to the discussion questions for this week.
Sunday Essentials are ministries that are essential to our Sunday morning worship services. These ministries are great places for members to volunteer their time and abilities.
We offer adult Sunday School classes (called ABFs or Adult Bible Fellowships) during the 1st and 2nd services. These classes each have a time of fellowship over coffee, a time of prayer for each other, and a message revolved around a certain book of the Bible or topic. Here you'll find a description of each of the classes we are currently offering as well as during which service they meet.
The purpose of Women’s Ministries at ABEFC is to meet the spiritual needs of the women of our church through Bible studies, counseling, discipleship, prayer support, special events, and other on-going opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. It is our desire to see all of the women of ABEFC grow to spiritual maturity through sound biblical instruction; to provide them with opportunities to exercise their spiritual gifts and talents; to promote lasting friendships between women; and to develop leadership skills in our women so that we may “pass the baton” to the next generation.
We hope that you will enthusiastically join us as we strive together to “walk worthy of our calling.”
