Children

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

ABEFC’s Children’s Ministry seeks to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment in which Bible-based teaching and Biblical example allow children the opportunity to come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ and to grow spiritually in the Lord.
Volunteers at the Welcome Center on Sunday morning are happy to direct you to the age-appropriate classrooms.

Helping families worship & learn

We encourage families to worship together whenever possible, but we also understand the need to provide options for childcare and age-appropriate teaching. See below for the options that are right for your family.

CHILDREN'S CLASSES

Children's classes are offered during both worship services. After singing, the children are dismissed to their own classes. Visit the Welcome Center on Sunday so we can help find the class that is right for your child.

INFANT & TODDLER NURSERY

We provide nursery during each Sunday service. Infants up to 1 year will be in our Infant Nursery (Rm 102). Toddlers from 1 year to 2 years will be in our Main Nursery (Rm 103). Both of these rooms are downstairs off of the gym.

FAMILY ROOM

Your children are welcome in the service, but if they are having a difficult time, please use our Family Room (Rm 303) with a live video feed.

NURSING MOTHER'S ROOM

We also provide a Nursing Mother's Room with live audio feed during both services (Rm 304).

Your child's safety is very important to us.

ABEFC seeks to provide a safe and secure environment for the children who participate in our programs and activities. By implementing the below practices, our goal is to protect the children of ABEFC, as well as staff and volunteers, from incidents of misconduct or inappropriate behavior.

AWANA

Sundays | 4:30-6:15pm

Awana is an international ministry that assists churches in reaching children with the gospel of Jesus Christ, with a strong emphasis on memorizing the Word of God. Each week at an Awana club meeting children will memorize Scripture, listen to a Bible lesson, sing character-building songs, play games, and enjoy other fun activities and special events.
